We collect information from you when you register on our site, set up an appointment through our calendaring system, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. If you are setting up an appointment we will require your name, email and phone number so that we may run a conflict check prior to obtaining additional information as well as to be able to confirm your appointment.
